Attachment is fine. Packaging needs much improvement. Cardboard box was torn, taped, retaped, patched. Interior styrofoam was broken and shifted. I suppose robustness of quick hitch resulted in no damage even though packaging was severely damaged. Carrier even had us open package in his presence to make sure quick hitch was okay.
