I received everything as it should be, but it could have been packaged a little better as some stuff was damaged, dented and quite a bit of scratches. It was on time as quoted. There was quite a bit of assembly required which did require a deep socket and ratchet along with a wrench to hold the bolt, also needed something to cut the metal straps.
Overall it's a great product for the price.
