Overall my shopping experience was about average compared to other online retailers. When trying to place items in my cart, certain items or combinations (pallet forks) could be listed as available or unavailable on the shopping page. In my cart they would initially indicate they were available, but going through all the steps to checkout they would then indicate they were unavailable. This was very frustrating and wasted a lot of my time. Included in my order was a set of three chain hooks. They were packaged and sent as three separate items. There was room in each box for over two dozen hooks. This is a big waste of company manpower and materials that I ultimately pay for, not to mention how annoying it is to get constant updates for three packages that should be shipped as one. “Free shipping” cost me $50?! My order trickled in over several days. There was a delay in the bulk of my order because titan did not pay the shipper in a timely manner.
