VERY disappointed , I ordered what you called a scratch and dent bale spear frame and (3) 32 inch tines on 02 August and on 09 August (a week later) I got an email stating some of my order was canceled and some was on its way. I dont understand I have an email confirming my order was sucsessfully placed, a week later you tell me my item is out of stock? Now I have (3) spears and NO frame. I have purchased (6) attatchments from you over the last few years and had no trouble, but this order was really messed up. I feel the customer service was VERY POOR !! Last Friday when i talked to your sales dept. he told me the only way to get the frame now is as a package with tines? Since the screw up was not on my end, I dont see why you cant send me a FRAME like the one in my order (soooooo42639) for the price on the order when it is in stock. waiting for your response.
