I’ve ordered from Titan on several occasions and have yet to be burned. The delivery is on fine and they are always packaged in metal crates, which is nice. Because the angle iron can always be repurposed. The only down side I would caution against is to make sure the hoses are sealed and tight befor using your new hydraulic attachment.
