I am very happy with the pallet forks I purchased, however, I was disappointed that the agent handling my order could not apply the 5% discount - WKD5-KVC292QR97QK. When I accessed the Titan webpage, I received a 5% discount offer. I failed to notify the agent at the time I placed the order, but I immediately called back the agent but his response was "since the order has been placed the discount cannot be applied. Would you please apply this discount to my order? Thanks, Bill Meinhart
