Overall very happy with the entire process but I did have a few difficulties. When trying to use the web for ordering, my address could not be located. In addition, there was no way to add my Ag exemption without a phone call.
My biggest disappointment came with the delivery. My order was shipped with 2 separate deliveries. This would have been fine if I had been told this, instead it created a lot of anxiety.
I do not want to minimize the great service and excellent product that I received. That's really what counts in the end.
