Had to go with 4 stars. Took over three weeks to ship items, I live in WI and tracking said shipment went to Michigan and out for local delivery that took two weeks. Made phone calls to titan, shipping company and told your order is out for delivery. No phone calls to schedule a drop off time, got home from work and young kid unloaded the 900 lbs crate all by himself. Anyway, very poor over site from titan attachments, I don’t place blame on the shipping company. Order a titan attachment via Amazon due to the price was better, Amazon got the job done and no BS. Not sure if I’d order direct from titan attachments again due to the shipping nightmare, great product and happy with my pallet fork and snow pusher. Just a headache after item(a) are shipped.
