Your customer service is terrible. I bought a 72" finish mower attachment for a tractor about three months ago. When I received it, I tried to order an extra set of blades. I was told that they were unavailable, and I asked to be put on a notification list when they became available. I received no notification. Then, I broke a blade about two weeks ago. I spent hours trying to find a replacement at tractor supply stores, since you couldn't supply the blades. I couldn't find a replacement, nor could experienced parts counter clerks at two different stores. I decided to order a set of the 48" blades so that I will at least get some cutting in the position where the blade was broken (although this will leave a gap of 4" with every pass of the mower. I submitted a request online to your customer service to find a replacement blade, and was informed that there is a suitable replacement. When I checked online, however, the blade that was recommended has a 1/2" center hole, but the spindle on the tractor requires a 3/4" hole. I wrote back to find out if the specification is accurate, or if there is another suggested blade to use, and have received no response. Please find me a blade that will fit this mower deck. It is preposterous that you haven't been able to find one.
