Poor customer interface, Could not place order on - line, even after creating an account. Chat was useless. Sat on hold for 20 minutes when I called to place the order, then gave up waiting and opted for call back. When called back I explained my frustration to the person taking my order and it was very clear that he could care less. I think the company has good products at good prices, but what you have to go through to order them is beyond frustrating! Half the order arrived on the delivery date with a missing part. 2nd half the next day in a box that was shredded by Fedex. Company sent multiple emails when 1 phone call would clear up all questions and concerns. Your customer service needs serious attention!
