Had damage to box during shipment and lost some of the nuts, bolts and washers. The first person that I talked to was not willing to replace the parts. After calling back, the person replaced the missing parts for me. The first person was either lazy or was unaware how to replace the parts. He wanted me to go buy them and submit an invoice for reimbursement costs. Not a good way to do business. If the parts were packaged better and taped to the inside od the equipment they would not have been lost.
