Haven't used Tree Puller yet -- put impressed with how heavy and stout it is. My only issue was the delivery: I had to pay $50 extra (was not Free Delivery as advertised) and was expecting Lift-Gate delivery. FedEx Freight called night before and I asked if Lift-Gate, agent said yes. Delivery came on-time, but no lift-gate. Borrowed a tractor from neighbor to unload. I contacted Titan to ask what the extra $50 I paid was for? That delivery was not lift-gate. Never got an answer if the delivery was supposed to be by lift-gate or not... and asked if I paid $50 for service I did not receive? Did not get answer -- only said the $50 delivery fee was for items over 150 lbs (in fine print) -- which is probably every single Titan item. So, not FREE SHIPPING as advertised. and no Lift-Gate Service, followed by not clear response by Titan Cust Svc. I don't like surprises!
