I didn't receive the ballast box. It was shipped via FedX, but they damaged it during shipment and returned it to Titan. Titan then notified me another ballast box was being sent and I would receive it within a few days. A couple of weeks went by and then Titan notified me the ballast box was out of stock. After all of this, I canceled the order and asked for a refund. Am now looking at other suppliers of the ballast box.
