I placed an order during the labor day sale. Somehow the wrong item was shipped and delivered. Hey, mistakes happen. I contacted Titan to give them an opportunity to correct the mistake. Well, it has been over a month since my order and I still don't have the product that ordered. There is still a chance that I will end up loving the item and order more from Titan, but so far I have been disappointed.
