I contacted Titan about shipping on the quick attach pallet fork frame and received a response within a few minutes. The order process was easy and the product shipped quickly. The frame arrived in a very busted up piece of cardboard with chipped paint and scratches. It appears to be a solid frame and works well but does not have a name or any information about weight capacity on the frame itself.
