Product, once received was of high quality.
Receiving shipment in timely manner was another issue, with the help of Fedex. It took over two weeks to get replacement order. Once replacement was finally received, had missed a hay order worth 1.9k. When the replacement was finally received, packaging was pretty well brutalized in shipment. May want to consider going sturdier packaging with the frame because of the weight.
No owners manual available for product, even though installation was fairly obvious from published pictures.
