Box was heavily damage upon arrival to my home. However, there didn't appear to be any damage to the chipper. The worst part of the process was that there is no instructions to assemble this thing. No paper and not online. I found this odd. But, after figuring it out, I was able to get it together without much effort. There is still one wire that is hanging free from the engine and not sure where it goes. I tried to start it, and it wouldn't start. Turns out that the STOP button on the chute was engaged already. So if it doesn't start for you on the first attempt, look for this. After disengaging this stop switch, it did start and chip okay. So I do not know where the last un-connected wire goes or what it's for.
