Fast shipping arrived in good shape but could not use for the scheduled weekend because the included drive shaft did not fit the tractor or the wood chipper.
Sent a video to customer service to verify the issue last Friday 7 OCT 22 and did not hear anything back until today 10 OCT 22 asking me to send the video (again).
Still haven’t been able to use the piece of equipment since delivery on 6 OCT 22.
