Ordered quick connect forklift attachment. Both tines arrived a couple of days after order as planned. Each if the tines cane on a separate shipping manifest a a they cane from different locations. The mast cane from a third location in CA. I wasn't given the tracking information for the mast. It was only after I called customer service was I informed that there was a third manifest for the order. The mast shipped, but spent approximately 5 days in Tracy, CA. Again, only after I called and complained did the company act on the delay. If the mast would have arrived with the tines it would have been a 5 star. But I had to call the company twice to get them to follow up on my order. Very disappointing for what I paid for the item.
