I have ordered several times from your company. And I’ve always been happy. I also understand shipping isn’t always your problem once it leaves your location. But in tracking my product I was told I was going to get it on a Friday, 7 October. The tracking said it was out for delivery etc. Long story, I did not receive it for almost a week later. And then when I received it two of the support arms for the implement were bent terribly. I took pictures and sent in an email I got a response they receive the email but I’ve heard nothing later almost a week. That’s very frustrating.
