Im not rating the attachment poor, its a nice attachment. I am rating the service poor.
my attachement was shipped and bent during shipping. i contacted support and they offered me $25 which is an insult becuase they are selling a dent/scratched one on the site for about $150 less than retail.
Poor Service.
