I ordered a Cargo Carrier with Ramp 11 months ago, and I had issues immediately with some of the hardware falling off the product. Then the hinge on the Ramp tore apart the other day... after using it about 10 times. They said that even though it is still under Warranty and that my use was under normal wear and tear, it would not be covered. JUNK, JUNK, JUNK Will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS titan again....
