Please teach your people how to pack shipping items properly. A heavy hay spear was shipped to me in a very flimsy box with only some paper as packing. The first item broke out of the box and could have hurt someone. It was lost and your people promptly shipped another. This one came almost the same way and almost broke out of the box again even though I asked for better packing. Thanks for the prompt service but I don't think you made any profit on that order.
