There seemed to be confusion between the finance and customer service departments. I talked to four different customer service professionals. Three of them were helpful, polite and professional (the other one basically told me that if I didn't fill out the tax exemption form the way that the finance department said - which was to falsify my business/farm address - then Titan could not do business with me. We had problems with approval of the farm tax exemption form that almost resulted in me taking my business elsewhere, but ultimately we were able to work with Titan to get things ironed out.
