Would have been a 5 but the condition of the item was not the best when you're ordering a new item you want it to look new FEDX destroyed the box the item was all scratched and nicked up. I don't think anything was missing but I don't know. my husband will when he gets it. When you're giving things like this for a gift you want it to look new. I bought things from you in the past and had no issues. FEDX is not the best way to ship.
