My biggest complaint is the packaging. All of the corners of the cardboard were torn by the time it arrived at my house and the paint was, therefore, scraped off of the corners. One of the brackets that hook to the 3 point arms was bent. Other than that, I think that the product purchased is a good, solid unit. I just wish it had been packaged more securely. Perhaps a wooden crate? Some styrofoam?
