The unit itself seems very heavy duty and I’m excited to try it out…but I can’t. The first unit was delivered but all of the pins, bolts and nuts fell out of the holes in the box it was shipped in. They couldn’t find replacement pieces to send me, so they shipped out a whole second unit but it too was missing pieces. I have almost all of the pieces now and I’ll just pick up what I need from Lowe’s at this point. Customer service was good but frustrated about the shipping situation.
