The item itself is OK (3-4 stars) and Titan customer rep Ezzer is 5 stars, but my whole experience is 2 stars.
I ordered a scratched and dent item, expecting at least a functional/complete attachment that will be delivered and usable on time. Titan shipped out my item quickly, and Fedex showed "in Transit" but after 2 weeks I suspected it was not showing up. So I called Titan and rep Ezzer was courteous and promised to look into it. A few days later a replacement was ordered and shipped. And this time I received it within a week, except the attachment is incomplete, missing a Cat 1-2 lift arm pin. So as much as I think the tool itself is OK and deserving of 3-4 stars, and customer rep responding quickly deserving of 5 stars, Fedex losing the first shipment and Titan sending the tool incomplete (missing pin) knocked it back down to 2 stars.
