When we ordered from you we asked about our tax exemption. You stated that when we sent a copy you would reimburse us the tax. After this was completed you came back and said you would not reimburse us and that it would only be used for further sales. Not real happy with your word. It's too hard to get a straight answer from you. Part of my order was back ordered so you substituted it with another part. It was acceptable as I couldn't have any more delays on my project.
Your products seem to be of quality so we'll leave it at that.
