Overall the product works fine. When the pallet forks and frame were received, there were large amounts of paint scraped off of the edges of the frame from not being packaged or wrapped in plastic. This is not a big issue being that it will happen with use, just figured it would at least be wrapped in plastic. Assembly went fine and all products fit together as they should and hooked up to the loader without issue. When it came time to remove the pallet forks, it took some finagling to get the retention pin to release being that the outer part of the frame where the pin latches seems to be a little larger than it should be or at least not chamfered on the edges to allow the retention washer to slide the way it was designed. Again not a huge issue, will just need to make some minor modifications to allow easier removal.
