I can't comment on the attachment I purchased because I haven't received the correct item yet.
The Titan customer service is HORRIBLE. I have tried for weeks to resolve this problem. I ordered an attachment and paid for it, but then it was discontinued. Not until the shipment arrived did I find out that there was a problem. This was not what I ordered. When I reported it, I was initially told I got exactly what I ordered. I replied that that was false, but was again told I got what I ordered. Then when I sent Titan copies of my order, they finally informed me that what I ordered was discontinued so they sent me a similar attachment. I explained this did not fit my needs and wanted to exchange it for a different model. Titan's response was we can't do that. Send everything back and place another order. When I asked if could I get the same discount on the reordered attachment the answer was we can't do that.
Titan has been unwilling to accept any responsibility for this problem or made any effort to resolve it. One email, before anything was shipped, notifying me the item was discontinued would have avoided the entire situation. Although I haven't tried the attachment I received, it appears to be well-made. Even if Titan products are good, do I want to do business with a company that treats its customers so poorly? If I have a problem with my attachment after I buy it, is this the type of support I should expect? It is very disappointing that it should take this much effort to correct a simple problem like this.
