We purchased a 72" spin-harrow that we can't use because it was delivered with damaged and missing parts. Based on our experience, it appears that this harrow came from China(?) and Titan doesn't have the knowledge nor the spare parts here in the US 😡 to be able to respond. This is our my recent correspondence: Hello Martin and Titan Customer Service Team, Grease fittings come in many different sizes and capabilities. What size of grease fitting should I purchase? I do not want to damage or shorten the life of the unit by trying to install the wrong grease fitting that wasn’t designed for the system I purchased. Can you not take the grease fitting off another unit you have in inventory? If not then ship me a replacement spin harrow unit with the proper parts and that has been inspected to be full functional and in working condition. I know the replacement idea is extreme, but you are not solving my problem of having received a system that is not functional. You have received my money, but I did not receive what was promised through my order placement. You should do your best to deliver on that promise. Your immediate attention to resolving this problem is greatly appreciated.
