I ordered a scratch and dent ballast box. They shipped it with no protective packing of any kind, so it indeed became more scratched and dented. I accept that given the description of "scratch and dent" but still a poor practice. But the killer in the deal was the door, 3 point pins and top link pin were all missing. All these items were supposed to be included per the product description. Calling/emailing customer service was completely a bad experience. They claimed that these items could not be provided. They did not even know what the product description said. I will not do any business with Titan in the future.
