I am happy with my purchase. The pallet forks and frame arrived faster than expected.I only gave 4 stars because the frame had no protection on it. The paint didn't stand a chance in shipping if there is not even some cardboard on the corners to keep it from getting all scratched off. I don't blame the shipping service. TiTan should have wrapped it or at least tried to wrap it not just place a shipping label on it and hope they are gentle with it. The welds need improvement also. Customer service was great when I called to adjust my order.
