There should have been some guidance regarding how to set up the pallet forks. I did not find any guide and it looked like there was an issue with the product. I reached out to customer support and was provided a video to help. It did help but it didn't look good on your part that the video was actually from another company. It wouldn't take much work to shoot a few videos around set up and free to host on youtube.
