The finish mower came in on a FedEx truck. It was on a wood pallet and in the metal cage it was skewed in cage also it was not strapped to the pallet. After getting it out and all of the parts everything went together with no problem. The problem came after I hooked it up to the tractor,I engaged my PTO and smoke started coming out from under the belt covers. After taking the covers off I found that 1 of the belts was not on the pulley but under the pulley. I had to disassemble the PTO head to get the belt back on the pulley. After all that it worked just fine.
