I'm very happy with the product, but I was not pleased at all with the shipping process. The item required special shipping, and a subsequent fee, due to its weight. Titan contracted with Saia who subsequently contracted with a local delivery service called DDP (Dedicated Delivery Professionals). Because the item changed hands, three times, the Titan tracking system sent me a notice that the item was delivered, when it really wasn't. This required me to make several calls before I finally determined it was at a Saia freight terminal, some 200 miles away, and wouldn't be delivered for two more days. Saia showed it as delivered because they handed it off to DDP. When I contacted Saia, they apologized for the confusion, it was a problem with the tracking system, and they told me someone from DDP would be reaching out to me to schedule and coordinate the final delivery, but that never happened. I told both Titan and Saia customer service that I lived in a very rural area with only narrow dirt road access to my property and specifically reiterated that a box truck, flat bed truck or large UPS type van would be needed to get to my property and that a tractor-trailer will not be able to fit or turn around on the road to get back out to the highway. I received no coordination call from DDP. The delivery driver did call me "20 minutes out" from my property and he was driving a tractor-trailer with a 48-foot trailer. Because I had been expecting a coordination call well in advance, I was not home at the time the driver called. Luckily, my son was able to get my farm tractor and meet the driver out at the main road to lift the item off the truck and transport it the final 1/3 of a mile to my property. My disappointment is that I have purchased several implements from Titan over the years, and every time, I have to go through the same rigamarole, every time. You would think a company that caters to rural folks for a decent portion of their business would have a process in place and have contracted shipping and delivery companies with the capability to complete a full delivery. I'm hoping Titan will remedy this issue before I buy my next piece of equipment.
