When I ordered it was back ordered. Item ended up arriving shortly after ordering. The shipping process could use improvement. Titan told me I’d get a phone call to arrange for delivery. That never happened and shipper just left it on the street. I know that’s the shipping company issue but Titan provided wrong information. Titan also did not package it and item arrived very beat up, like did I buy this used??
