Shipment was in 2 parts....when first arrived it indicated I had received all parts on Friday evening. Called on Monday morning and had to leave a msg. Someone called back and said the other part would be coming the next day or two. They should have indicated clearly on the first shipment that was incomplete. I kept getting emails all weekend to rate the product and how was it. Even the automated system did not realize it was incomplete.
