I was shipped pallet forks that were welded incorrectly and would not fit. After 6 days with no response I made them fit by grinding the pin. Here’s the response from customer service. No apology or offer to correct the problem, just revoking of warranty. What a joke of a company. ———————————————————- Hi Ryan, Thank you for submitting a warranty claim ticket with Titan Titan Attachments. Unfortunately, we are unable to process your claim due to the unauthorized modification made on the attachment which is grinding the pin. That has voided the Warranty. How I wish we were contacted first of the issue at hand so we could have authorized that so as to not void the warranty. What we can only suggest now is to cut the tabs and reweld it on the correct position.
