I had ordered a scratched and dented discounted item, that order was canceled by Titan. I think the item that I received was a reconditioned scratched and dented item. It had been spray painted in spots (bad job) to cover the damaged spots. The other 4 or 5 implements I have ordered from Titan have all arrived wrapped in cardboard. This one had no protective covering and received more scratches and gouges in shipping. It will work but you might want me to remove the Titan label because of the way it appears.
