On 20 November 2022 I put in Warranty claim on my 120STMPGRNDRv2 Skid Steer stump grinder due to the following reasons. The Foot stabilizers were busted through the pallet and the pin that holds them on was bent from this and the shipping company hitting it. I took pictures of the shipping container showing the foot stabilizers were busted through. I hooked up the Hydraulics and tested the functions and the lift cylinder would not raise the head. I went on line and put in the claim for the issue of the bent pin and that the Lift cylinder that lifts the head up would not lift. Two days later I received a email from Warranty Support asking for Pictures and Video along with list of the parts needed. Within two hours I had emailed the Support back with everything they requested. They emailed me back “Product Management and Quality Control Departments to diagnose the issue and prepare the best solution. This process takes time for diagnosis and we will follow up with you as soon as that resolution is decided.” On the 28th November 2022 I received a email from Titan stating “I hope all is well and we apologize for the length of time this is taking to resolve. Your warranty claim is still with Product Management and Quality Control Departments to diagnose the issue and prepare the best solution. While we understand this has taken some time to resolve, we still have to put this through the correct process to determine the best solution. This process takes time for diagnosis and we will follow up with you as soon as that resolution is decided.” On 5 December 2022 I received the next email “I apologize for the length of time this is taking to resolve. Your warranty claim is still with Product Management and Quality Control Departments to diagnose the issue and prepare the best solution. While we understand this has taken some time to resolve, we still have to put this through the correct process to determine the best solution. This process takes time for diagnosis and we will follow up with you as soon as that resolution is decided. We appreciate your patience and will be in touch as soon as possible.” On 9 December 2022 I sent email back to Titan “Attachments Team, The frustrating part of this is I buy a new product and fails to work as stated on website, pictures to show that the shipping crate was damaged upon receiving it with legs smashed through the bottom with pin that holds the foot on bent and no solution to include that the 1year warranty start the day that I received the product. Three weeks of warranty waisted due to not being able to use the product due to hydraulic issue. I really hope in the next few days the product control department has a solution.” The next day I received a email back from Titan stating, “We apologize for the length of time to resolve this issue. Your claim is still open and the warranty claim process has begun. Please be aware that this process can take up to more than 30 days. During this time of investigation and diagnosis, there may be gaps in time that you do not hear from us, however, do know that we are actively working on it. We will provide you an update once a week unless otherwise specified. I appreciate your patience and will follow up with you soon. From the 10th December until 20 December 2022 I received nothing back until the 20 December 2022 stating the following “We are working diligently to respond to your warranty claim and wanted to send a reminder that your ticket is still waiting for a specialist to research and resolve. We extend our sincere apologies for the long delay. If there are any new updates, you can reply to have it attached to your open ticket for review. The 29th December 2022 I heard nothing back from Titan so I emailed again with the following, “Looking for a update, I am past disappointment that the product support sent a email back on 21 December 2022 stating that they still have not even looked at my warranty claim. From the past emails/notifications I received they sounded as if they were trying to figure out problem. What is Titan Attachments policy on warranty claim on timeless? I have been a customer that has bought 4 different attachments from Titan and was planning on more future purchases but now I'm not getting a good feeling about spending any more money at this point. I really do hope that Titan Attachments makes it right with me because I have lost over month of warranty and use of the equipment due to product failure and damaged during shipment. That some day I received email back from Titan not answering any of my Questions from the email sent, there response was “I hope all is well and we sincerely apologize for the length of time to resolve this. Your claim is still open and still being diagnosed, the warranty claim process has already begun last Nov 30. Please be aware that this process can take up to 30-90 days. During this time of investigation and diagnosis, there may be gaps in time that you do not hear from us, however, do know that we are actively working on it. We will provide you an update once a week unless otherwise specified. I appreciate your patience and will follow up with you soon.” I called the Customer Support number on 4 January 10, 2023 and was able to talk to a live person and she was very RUDE when I explained that I didn’t received any answers from my Email on the 29th December 2022 email and started asking her the Questions and she stated that I have never asked any questions in my emails and if I did they would have answered them. I asked if the Warranty would be extended due to not being able to use the stump grinder and that It’s going on 2 months that I would not have due to their product. The answer was NO and that the Warranty starts the day you purchase the Item and I once again told her she was wrong and the Warranty starts on the day of delivery, she was angry that I corrected her, I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told that I cannot talk to them and she stated that I would receive a update in 48 hours. It has long past 48 hours and no contact has been made from Titan. I am very disappointed in Titan’s handling and how I was treated by their staff. NOTE THAT IF YOU HAVE WARRANY ISSUES TITAN DOESN’T CARE!
