Buying experience was good- although all the "special deal" type e-mails were not a deciding factor. Transporter was good- did what they said. Unit is not is service yet as am awaiting third function kit. There is a bolt type mounting bracket that holds hydro hoses that is crooked (don't think it is bent, just sloppy work) and there is evidence of hydro fluid around it. Not sure if those are used to test unit or not, but regardless should have been cleared up because customer naturally thinks leak..
