Product arrived missing parts. Contact a customer service for replacement and they could not provide. Instructed me to go to the store and purchase and they would reimburse for the cost of the part. My time is worth $210 an hour. That's what I make per day per hour. The company refused to reimburse for my time to replace their simple small part that they can easily stock. Packaging with subpar for something that weighs 150 lb. Wrapped in cardboard with two metal bands around it. FedEx had to repackage the shipment and I'm assuming this is when the pins were lost. I was planning to buy other items through Titan but can't imagine what ordering a larger item from them would be like and having to deal with finding replacement parts. Buyer beware.
