When I received my package it looked like it had been through a war. One end of the box was ripped completely open. It was laying in the middle of my yard, not by my door. All the major parts were there but a few pieces of hardware were missing. The carrier did not knock on my door to let me know the package was there and allow me to inspect the damage. I realize this is all on the carrier and not you but the product should have been packaged better to withstand the riggers of shipping.
