One of the forks for the forklift attachment was missing the locking mechanism when I received them. I contacted customer service and a new mechanism was sent after approximately 2 weeks of waiting. The new lock was the incorrect part. The diameter was too large for my fork therefore it will not fit in the hole. I sent a new email to customer service with no response.
Therefore Obviously I am not happy with your customer service at all!!
