3 point hitch adaptor was welded incorrectly. Trailer ball adaptors use 3-3.5" measurement to center of hole this was welded backwards and was 4.5" to center of hole the other side (not usable on a quick hitch was 3.25".
I bandsaw cut 1.5" off & repainted & now it works. Some one was not paying attention in production & QC.
