The shipment was split into two packages and i didn't know that i was missing parts until I tried to assemble the attachment. Ultimately the second package was delivered and everything was OK but i needed to call customer service to determine that a second package was still in transit. Titan provided rest updates about the first package delivery but it would have been helpful to know that the order was split.
In addition, a sheet of paper with a parts list and assembly instructions would be helpful.
