Titan shipped my 6-foot pine straw rake quickly. FedEx made the first package undeliverable and they had to return it to Titan. Titan quickly shipped another. When the second package arrived it too was a little damaged because the rake is shipped in a cardboard box trying to contain 136 pounds of steel. The Tine Support Bar was bent, about 3/4 inch over its length - I don't know if FedEx or Titan did that. Using a few c-clamps, I assembled it and the rake works fine.
