1 star because there is an obvious quality control problem in the product shipping dept. it took 3 shipments before I received the product; while the product was ok, the enclosed box was totally destroyed - lucky all the contents were still there. the first 2 shipments were "damaged" in shipment and returned.
the product itself does appear to be of good quality and is heavy-duty - have not used it yet, but it survived the rough handling experienced in shipping.
